TECHNICAL TRAINING

The CCTA Annual Meeting and Technical Training will be held in conjunction with one another. This is an exciting opportunity for installers, technicians, engineers, supervisory staff and managers to network with operators and vendors alike. Technical Training sessions will be held on March 13-14, 2024. The schedule can be found on the ‘Schedule - Technical Training’ webpage. Session information will be added below as available.

The Technical Training is available at no cost to employees of the association’s Active Members. The CCTA will provide the training and daytime meals (breaks, lunches and receptions) for each participant, but transportation, hotel expenses, and incidentals or outside meals are the responsibility of each attendee.

Cable Tech's must attend all sessions to avoid being billed for the trainings. An invoice will be sent for no-shows at the Associate Member fee of $200. Scholarships are available for hotel costs.

TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOLARSHIPS

CCTA is offering scholarships for qualifying Cable Tech attendees for the 2024 Annual Meeting and Technical Training. Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come-first-serve board approved basis according to the criteria on the form. Scholarships will provide reserved and complimentary housing at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Puerto Rico Golf & Beach Resort, single or double occupancy room for up to 2 attendees per room for 3 nights.

All applications must be received by December 8, 2023. Applicants will be notified of award status no later than January 12, 2024.
