CCTA offers free training for installers, technicians, engineers, supervisory staff and managers to network with operators and vendors alike. Educational sessions and resources from the training are added to the technical resource library.

As a service to local communities in the Caribbean, in 1993 the CCTA established the Community Charities Program to assist charitable organizations nominated by the association’s Active Members or cable operators.
